French hypocrisy over anti-Muslim, anti-Jewish rhetoric
Ha! The very same French journalist expresses indignation 1) at Muslims who cannot tolerate ridicule 2) at a Muslim for ridiculing Jews.
Some people invoke general principles and sacrifice for them. That is building a commons. Others invoke general principles when suitable to their tribe.
Europeans needs to demand universalism as a condition for extending it, as a condition for living in European society. Leave that tribal stuff in whatever backwater you come from, and we’re cool. Bring that tribal stuff here, and we’ll punish you for it.

More than a century after Friedrich Nietzsche urged us to cast aside the standard rules of morality and move Beyond Good and Evil, a college philosophy society named in his honor has been banned for being too nasty.
The Nietzsche Club was barred from holding meetings at University College London after a ruling that discussions about right-wing philosophers could encourage fascism and endanger the student body. As well as Nietzsche, a favorite of Benito Mussolini, the philosophers to be studied included Julius Evola and Martin Heidegger, who have been cited as inspiration by far-right politicians.
The student society was never allowed to hold a public meeting after a series of posters advertising the new group appeared on campus. One asked if there was “too much political correctness?” Another claimed: “Equality is a false God.”
Before those ideas could be explored on university property, the student union stepped in. The fledgling group was banned after the Union Council approved a motion arguing that “there is no meaningful distinction to be made between a far-right and a fascist ideology” and that “fascism is directly threatening to the safety of the UCL student body.”
Ashkenazi Jews are not white – Response to Haaretz article
Every time I read about a Jew somewhere identifying as a white person, I cringe. As an Israeli Jew, who like most other Israeli Jews, is completely foreign to the concept of Jews being “white” I would like to address this article to my Jewish brothers and sisters in America.
Ashkenazi Jews who identify as “white”, please understand the following:
1. History and identity – As late as 1987 the US legally defined Jews as non-white. To the best of my knowledge, 50 years ago Jews had the same skin color as they do today. I deduce that white is not skin color, it is first and foremost an issue history and identity. The “white people world” is represented by its European (often colonial) history, it’s culture, heroes, it’s Kings, ethos, faith etc. – and Ashkenazi Jews are not part of that world. Their heroes are the Maccabees and not the Vikings or Joan of Arc, their Kings are David King of Israel and Hezekiah King of Judah (both archeologically confirmed historical figures) and not Kings Edward and George.
Secondly, Jews are not a “religion”. While in the Western world identities fall under the categories of religion or race, Middle Eastern people have tribal identities that are based neither the former nor the latter. Jews, similar to Pashtuns (who also often have pale skin and yet would not identify as white people) and other Middle Eastern Tribes, are neither religion nor race but a tribe. Jewish identity since the days of the Kingdoms of Judah and Israel had always been a tribal/national peoplehood. While tribal practices and customs (which are often incorrectly referred to as “Judaism”) and a strong biological link between many of the members are certainly present, Israelite identity was never based on either of these. Israelite identity has always been a tribal membership that goes by lineage (being born into the Tribes of Israel) or tribal acceptance (which is incorrectly translated as “conversion”). The identity Ashkenazi Jews have today is identical to that of King David whose great grandmother was a Moabite convert, but was nonetheless a Jew by virtue of being born into the Tribes of Israel by lineage.

Thirdly, Ashkenazi Jews have been the victims of Europeans and Western imperialism for centuries precisely because they were not perceived as part of the “white people world”, beginning with the Roman colonialism of their nation state and ending with 6 million of them being killed precisely because they were non-whites.
2. Culture – Whether it’s the Hebrew calendar, the tefillin they put on at their Bar Mitzvah identical to the ancient second Temple tefillin found in Qumran and across Israel or celebrating the Judean revolt for independence in our historic homeland on Hanukkah – Ashkenazi Jews have kept the entire indigenous culture, customs, traditions, books, and to a high extant language and of their ancestors – Judeans and other Israelites.
3. Biology – Although biology is not the main part of the issue, Ashkenazi Jews are not genetically white either. An extensive number of genetic studies show they originated in the Middle East, that despite European admixture they are genetic brothers of other Jews, Palestinians, Druze and Lebanese Arabs and share a highly significant amount of ancestry with Sephardi Jews to whom they are genetically almost identical. Tests also show Ahskenazi Levites are descendants of Hebrews, and Ashkenazi Cohanim share lineage with Sephardi Cohanim.
Lastly, Ashkenazi Jews, whether the world likes it or not (and apparently it does not), are direct descendants of the Tribes of Israel, as we know from history, culture, science and a little something I like to call reality. Those who wish to deny it for political or theological reasons, should try forming an alliance with holocaust deniers because the two are no different.

The most bizarre thing is how hostile Islamic countries are to other faiths within their own territories. One cannot even build a Church in many Islamic countries. And yet, when it comes to Western countries, the government is supposed to subsidize Islam.
Oh, and it gets even more bizarre, the Islamic folks in Western countries are not only silent when it comes to discriminating against Christians where they are originally from, they even support that discrimination.

I cannot think of a more destructive ideology than the one being
promoted. The ideology of the struggle of cultural classes gives people an excuse and an enemy. Like economic Marxism, Cultural Marxism undermines people’s feeling that they are responsible for their future. It gives them an excuse and an enemy.
I recently listened to a long interview with a prison psychologist who
talked about many black criminals have been “infantilized”. No sense whatsoever that they are responsible for their own actions, that they must control their impulses, that anyone has the right to tell them to not walk in the middle of the street.
We need an ideology that promotes cooperation between groups. I know what wrong looks like — I complain about it frequently of FB. I can guess what right might look like. Three separate ideas:
-Historically the more universalist (western) forms of Christianity have been great at getting people to cooperate. I have a Ghanian friend who has talked about large African tribes half of whom adopt Christianity, and half Islam. The latter become more peaceful and rich, the former more militant and poor.
-Relegating as much as possible to voluntary exchange might be a good philosophy too in which to try to develop an ideology. I don’t think there would be so much racial tension in a monarchy. I’m not suggesting one, but access to political power seems to be a leading cause of interracial violence. If you look at a person’s race, sex, and marital status, you can tell with about 70-80% accuracy how they’ll vote. Married whites & single white men vs everyone else.
The more we do voluntarily and not through political power they less there will be to fight over.
-Voluntary segregation. Everyone can have their own police, their own schools, etc. I think this would be most effective not between groups, but within the black community. They need an aristocracy to emerge. I think of the writing my teacher James McPherson did about the pullman porters. Europeans had the benefits of the Bubonic Plague which wiped out 30-60% of Europe’s population, mostly the underclasses. This, plus other things (the manorial system, the ban on cousin marriage — which was done for entirely Machiavelian reasons but had good consequences) gave Europe a big boost.

As the political historian Zvi Rosen has noted,, Max Horkheimer wrote about anti-Semitism starting around the time of his military service in World War I. Previously, school classmates had screamed “Jew!” at Horkheimer, but it was as a soldier, as he remarked in a letter home from 1917, that he was “regarded with spiteful apprehension because I am Jewish.” Citing these and other examples, Jacobs convincingly refutes Martin Jay, an historian of the Frankfurt School who claimed that Horkheimer was guilty of a “facile dismissal of specifically Jewish problems.” To the contrary, the German Jewish sociologist Leo Löwenthal (1900–1993), yet another associate of the Frankfurt School, asserted that “in his thinking, [Horkheimer] was always very conscious of the Jewish heritage.”

After 50,000 years, it seems that we can finally defeat gender inequality!
It seems the great evil of our time, is caused not by discrimination but by the choices people make. The culprits are not all men per say, but the married ones. It is only MARRIED men who seem incentivized to unfairly over-work and over-earn.
So, comrades. The solution is clear. Destroy the married man!
The present is filled with hard work and unwavering dedication! The future is bright and glorious! It is only our past which is dark and unknown!
