This fight isn’t over. A public interest group is planning to sue, and N. Dakota Senator Byron Dorgan is introducing legislation to rescind the FCC ruling.
This issue, consistently and wholly ignored by the media, is one of the reasons Ron Paul has such a passionate following.
The hypocrisy is comical.
Notice the caption “Blogs: Beware of Bias,” which Fox “News” chose to have up during this entire discussion.
They are afraid . . .
Also, notice the minutia through which they take a cheap shot at Obama. As I posted earlier, the media wants Hilary among the Dems.

Great slogans leading us to fascism. Senate Bill 1959, the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act, criminalizes very loosely defined behaviors.

Chanting at a non-violent peace protest? Blogging? Why does the bill pay particular attention to Universities? I believe in the debates. It’s always better for voters to hear the candidates first-hand. It’d be better still if voters got to choose the questions asked. Unfortunately, big media is determined to control it:

How can you have a war against a tactic? How come whenever the president unilaterally declares war on something (terrorism, drugs, cancer) the problem gets worse?
