  1. The source for some of the commentary is decidedly
Anti American and pro liberal or Marxist. The source
is extremely one sided from the left or anti American.

Freedom of the press is one thing, but when comments
may be sedition, that is another. Some of the reports
on this site come very close to sedition, in fact may
    be seditious.

To support freedom is one thing. To embrace
    seditious activity is another.

To accept propaganda from any source without
question is the wrong way to go. To repeat anti
American propaganda without analysis is problematic.

A fundamental method of propaganda is repitition.
Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes accepted.

The source web site is not free press in the
truest sense rather it has an Anti American agenda
    which strongly resembles sedition.

  2. Thanks, as always, for the comments. Lets be thankful we live in a country where we are allowed to disagree.

I posted stories from the New York Times, Raw Story and Al Jazeera. You you think this is a seditious activity?

The real betrayal is the embracing of torture as a foreign policy tool. As Ron Paul said, ‘truth is treason in the empire of lies.”

Say what you will about the NY Times. Factually, they are very reliable. It is a simple fact that the 9/11 suspects were waterboarded a combined 266 times before their “confession.”

If this offends your sense of nationalism, GOOD. It should be offended.

I think blind patriotism is much closer to Marxism than a condemnation of torture:

Patriotism as a threat to capitalism

  3. It was the raw story web site And not as much their comments of water torture but an examination of the whole site. The site’s agenda is both Anti American and Anti Capitalism and Anti Freedom and Anti Free Market. It is the totality of the website.

Patriotism for the preservation of the principles of the U. S. Constitution is not to be compared to Marxism from my point view. Advocating Marxist concepts to me is anti freedom and advocating animosity to things that made America what it is to me approaches sedition. ‘Raw’ is more than yellow journalism, it has a discernible agenda.

Consider in your search for truth to seek out positive achievement rather than dwell on mistakes. Mistakes are like shit, they happen. Recognize mistakes but do not waste too much time on them. Rather tell the positive story that needs to be told.

As to the New York Times, at one time they claimed to print the news that was fit to print. Any reasonable analysis demonstrates a strong socialist, liberal, elitist, leftist bias. Being factually correct fails to account for their overwhelming biased selection of news that they print. The New York Times selection is not freedom, free market, libertarian, and I would say, not even American.

Since when is Al Jazeera an unbiased news source. They are selling to the Islamic market and how many Islamic countries are as free as USA? How many Islamic countries have a free market? How many Islamic countries routinely us torture? Of course that is not excuse for for to do so, but the questions need to asked from all sides.

    1. I would remind you that people who want to socialize in the name of national greatness are still socialists, even though they consider themselves ideological opposites.
