I’ve been an NRA member, mostly for the liability insurance they provide, for about 4 years. I will not be giving them a cent anymore. 2nd Amendment rights for the insane, but if you’re a medical cannabis licensee the NRA seems happy to stand by and let your rights go down the toilet. This would indicate to me that they’re more interested in collecting your money first, and then pushing some nebulous political agenda second. They’re hypocrites and liars and we need no more of that.
There’s a gun club near me which I won’t join because they require NRA membership. I switched my support to Gun Owners of America, and my state organization.
