There is difference between preferences and in not limiting the ulitimate decision. The question asker is trying to pigeon hole the answer whereas the Herman is initially expressing preferences and subsequently expressing that he is not limiting the final decision. This is understandable to those who have been in business versus academics with a liberal bias. It seems that many cannot grasp what is really said here. And the cause is liberal educational think.
Pro life stance is clear to many of us. He expresses his belief quite clearly then expresses the opinion that Government should not be involved. Clear to me, what is your problem about understanding this view???
